What documents are needed to set up a trust?

The following documents will be required for us to set up the trust:

  • Certified copies of ID books for Donor, Trustees, Beneficiaries.
  • Proof of address for Donor, Trustees, Beneficiaries.
  • Letter from auditor (if you want your trust to be audited). We can assist in referring you to the auditor that we typically use to assist with trust audits. For more information on this topic, click here.
